ABOUT US

The Virginia Jags Youth Sports Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit youth sports league currently housing travel tackle football and sideline and competitive cheerleading.

The primary goal of the Virginia Jags Youth Sports Association is to develop and promote the principles of hard work, responsibility, accountability, teamwork, and sportsmanship in our youth, while teaching them the fundamentals of the sport in a safe environment. We believe these traits are necessary for the positive development of our youth, as they face the future with great expectations and self-confidence. 

We encourage our youth to always place academics first, and promote the value it represents as being the cornerstone to their future success. We are committed in achieving excellence at every level of our organization, from administrators, coaches and players. We embrace teamwork at every level of the organization and will always hold one another accountable. By working together as a team and sharing knowledge, we can achieve greater results than by working as individuals.

We pledge to provide both a fun and competitive organization, with a clear vision in developing our future leaders within our society. We will encourage them to reach their full potential, whatever level that might be, and to inspire them through their successes at each level of competition.
